Ugh. And here we are, hating our bodies, some of us starving ourselves. We have no idea how lucky we are to be able to walk downstairs and have a fridge full of food.

true me too,i m always having my daily banana before my work outs!I won’t lie, bananas are my favorite pre-run food. They just work well with my stomach :)
I love ‘em for a good post-run snack :)
Bananas are amazing! They are filling and full of nutrients! Just make sure you only have one medium sized banana a day because they’re so full of calories! :)
